2008 Cabin Rates
Peak Season
April through January 1
$100 - Thur., Fri., Sat., Sun. night / $90 - Mon., Tues., Wed. night
(2 night minimum, 3 nights during holidays and fair weeks)
Off Season
January 2, Feburary and March
$85 - Fri., Sat., Sun. night / $75 - Mon., Tues., Wed., Thur. night
Holidays and Fair weeks 3 night minimum
Weekly rates from $450 (off season) to $600 (peak season) call for specific weeks.
Rates do not include sales or lodging tax
Rates subject to change without notice
**All rates based on 4 people**
**$5.00 additional for each person over age 12**
Check in is 3pm / Check out is 11am

**Deposit**
$100 deposit required to reserve your dates, due within 5 days
A $100 security deposit due with full payment 14 days prior to your arrival.
**Cancellation policy**
Prior to 21 days, full refund. 20 to 8 days, full refund if re-rented, if not less $50.
7 days or less, full refund if re-rented, if not, forfeit $100 deposit.
**Refund policy**
Security deposit will be returned after cabin is checked and cleaned.
No refunds for early departure.
